("SleepAid") is a private company incorporated in Nevada, United States with limited liabilities in December, 2014. SleepAid owns three subsidiaries, Yugosu Investment Ltd. ("Yugosu") was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2007, Guangzhou Yuewin Trading Limited ("Yuewin") and Guangzhou Smart Fame Co., Ltd. ("Smart Fame") were incorporated in Mainland China in 2008 and 2013 respectively. Smart Fame is wholly owned subsidiary of Yusogu, and wholly owned Yuewin as its subsidiary. The Expansion Plan With the enlarged network, the Group is also looking to distribute more bedding products of other brands; other sleep related products like scented candles and perfumed oil diffusers and other home luxury items for the bedrooms and sitting rooms. The Group is also looking to develop more products and expand into new markets. Intelligent sleep devices that help to monitor one's health through the record of sleeping pattern would have an enormous market. Analysis of the data collected by such devices during one's sleep can indicate signs possible sickness or disease and the issuance of an early warning could be vital, especially in the case of the aged. The Group is working together with both domestic medical sleep centers and foreign sleep technology companies on the development of the intelligent sleep devices and expects to results in the not too distant future.
