("SleepAid") is a private company incorporated in Nevada, United States with limited liabilities in December, 2014. SleepAid owns three subsidiaries, Yugosu Investment Ltd. ("Yugosu") was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2007, Guangzhou Yuewin Trading Limited ("Yuewin") and Guangzhou Smart Fame Co., Ltd.
